All seminars are held at the Historic 5th Street School in downtown Las Vegas. Built in 1936, this famous landmark was added to the Historic Register in 1988. The Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency undertook a full scale restoration of the building and grounds, reopening the doors to this important piece of local architecture in 2008.

Today, this revitalized building is home to an assortment of local arts and architectural organizations. The primary tenants are the University of Nevada Las Vegas Fine Arts Program, including the Downtown Design Center for the School of Architecture; the Nevada School of the Arts (a music education organization); the American Institute of Architects; and the City of Las Vegas Cultural Affairs Division. |

The Conference Room at the Historic 5th Street School is an intimate meeting facility designed as a comfortable business meeting environment where attendees can easily hear speakers, take notes and ask questions. It is located on the east side of the property. Free parking is available
from the Fourth Street Entrance.
